In 2007 this had increased to 16.2% with no change in ranking. Businesses and patients are experiencing some of the fastest rising costs of healthcare in history while the number of uninsured people is increasing. Shifting patterns of disease, improvements in treatments and technology, and changing medical organizations are exerting pressure on professionals in the medical industry. Poorly designed and implemented change (both from within and outside healthcare) is only adding to the pressure and significant waste in today's healthcare system.

We provide the educational tools and guidance leading to a well-designed pilot. The services include a website, presentations, workshops, and onsite consultation.
